Duininck Golf employees have the opportunity each spring to participate in Duininck University. Duininck University is a comprehensive educational program and offers classes in a variety of areas. Employees are required to participate in any classes that are necessary for their work and are invited to sign up for additional classes they are interested in.

The Duininck Wellness program covers all employees of Duininck Golf. Participation in the program is entirely voluntary and completely confidential.
At Duininck Inc. safety comes first. No task is so urgent that we cannot take time to do it safely. We have established a safety program directed to the prevention of accidents. To avoid injury, be alert to changing conditions and avoid hazards.
As part of the Duininck Safety Program, every new employee is required to go through our orientation program, and every field and shop employee participates in weekly safety meetings. We are careful to record all incidents and to work towards preventing future incidents.
Safety Director Tim Sakry is in charge of the Duininck Safety Program. Tim’s understanding of safety and safety programs has been built over his many years working with safety in construction. Tim was instrumental in the creation and success of CTOT and CVOT, two transportation safety programs offered at St. Cloud State University, and was the long-time Director of CTOT. He has many years of experience in safety training and managing safety in construction operations.
